Refund & Return policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Cannalleviate. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of CBD products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • It must be in the original, sealed condition (unopened and unused).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be provided.

We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used CBD products

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We will either:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost

  • Issue a full refund

4. Refunds

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.
